    Sales Supervisor. Role Purpose:

    The Sales Supervisor at ABANA Enterprises Group Co. will beresponsible for leading and managing a team of salesrepresentatives to achieve sales targets and drive revenue growth.They will provide coaching and guidance to their team membersmonitor sales activities develop sales strategies and analyzemarket trends to identify new business opportunities. The SalesSupervisor will also collaborate with other departments such asmarketing and customer service to ensure the delivery of excellentcustomer experience.

    PositionSummary/Objective:

    Sales Supervisorwill play a key role in providing excellent customer service andgrowing company revenue. He will supervise and coordinate theschedules of the sales representatives to meet and exceed salesquotas.

    Duties/PerformanceResponsibilities/Essential Functions:
    • Understand customer needs and offer solutionsand support.
    • Organize and coordinate salesrepresentatives schedules.
    • Research potentialleads from business directories web searches or digitalresources.
    • Recruit hire and train new salesrepresentatives.
    • Receive and report on allsales leads.
    • Supervise sales representativesand assistants.
    • Answer potential customerquestions and followup call questions.
    • Workwith sales team when closing sales.
    • Trackweekly monthly and quarterly performance and salestargets.
    • Meet all sales quotas andgoals.
    • Assist sales representatives and teamto meet and exceed goals.
    Requirements

    Education and Training
    • Bachelors degree in a businessrelated course withemphasis on marketing or related field preferred.
    Experience
    • Two (2) years previous experience in customersupport client services sales or a related field.
    Skills and Attributes
    • Ability to multitask prioritize andmanage time efficiently
    • Strong communicationskills including both verbal and written.
    • Theability to influence and negotiate with others.
    • Commercial awareness.
    • Selfmotivatedand driven by targets.
    • Indepth understandingof company services and its position in the market.
    • Excellent customer care and focus; ability to assesscustomers needs and provide correct answer path troubleshooting ormethod for a positive customer experience
    • Computer literate in using MS Office with emphasis on MSWord and Excel.
    • Work with personnel requiresgood interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to solveproblems prioritize tasks and pay attention to detail.
