    Customer Service KSA Medical Devices

    Summary of the job:

    • Responsible for managing J&J customers and be thefirst point of contact for customers in Saudi Arabia.
    • Processes orders by inputting to system providingconfirmation to customers regarding order receipt andavailability.
    • Investigates and resolvescustomer complaints regarding billing shipping delays andproducts.
    • Responds to customer inquiriesregarding orders changes cancellations delivery dates applicationof products and pricing.
    • Generates nonroutinecorrespondence to secure additional customer information or resolvecustomer disputes.
    • Serves as liaison withsales marketing logistics supply chain and regulatory personnel tohandle customer inquiries and complaints.

    Main performance measures (Performance Goals)

    • Performing regular calls and meetings withCustomers. Sending related files minutes of meeting and followingup on related action points.
    • Process ordersaccurately and timely. Update accurately and timely related tools& reports/ files.
    • Contribute toachieving Voice of Customer targets.
    • Contribute to achieving OTIF targets.
    • Clear customer Claims & Debit Notes on a timelybasis.
    • Help reduce aging orders andbackorders.
