    Our clientis a leading payments & consulting firm. They are offeringa significant opportunity for an experienced professional tooversee and support the launch of SME and corporate cards in RiyadhKSA for a 12month term (extendable). The successful candidate willplay a pivotal role in delivering integrated card solutions tocommercial customers collaborating closely with crossfunctionalteams such as sales marketing operations andtechnology.

    This role is crucial in ensuring thecommercial card divisions profitability and costeffectiveness whilemaintaining high standards of customer service and compliance. Theproject aims to enhance the end client banks commercial cardofferings making it a vital part of a larger initiative to expandand improve banking products for SMEs and large corporates. Successwill be measured through the performance metrics of the commercialcard products including revenue profitability and marketengagement.

    • Role& responsibilities:
      • Overseeing andsupporting the launch of SME and corporatecards
      • Developing and managing the commercialcard divisions budget to ensureprofitability
      • Ensuring the efficiency andcompliance of commercial card operations along with highlevelcustomer service
      • Implementing risk managementstrategies to minimize fraud and securetransactions
      • Preparing and presenting reportson commercial card productperformance
      • Leveraging client firms assets andresources to supportresponsibilities
    • Qualifications:
      • Experiencerequirement: 11 to 15 years of relevant experience in the bankingor financial services sector particularly in commercial bankingproducts
      • Education: Degree in a relevant fieldsuch as finance business administration or a related field would beadvantageous
    • Skills:
      • Provenproject management skills
      • Strong team playerwith resultsdriven capabilities
      • High energy andinitiative
      • People managementskills
      • Excellent communication skills inEnglish; Arabic is a plus
      • Preferredbackgrounds: Experience in commercial banking products for SMEs andlarge corporates is highlyvalued
