    On Behalf of ourClient we are searching for an ITBusinessPartner

    JobSummary

    Tomanage the business requirements with a view to enhancing theirdigital & technology processes. In addition act as an ITpartner to enable the business to perform at an optimum levelachieving the goals for digital & technology as well as thebusiness within set KPIs budget and respective policies andprocedures.

    TheIT Business Partner works with the Business and shall be placed tolocations as per business requirements and will need to travel forbusiness needs to multiple locations. Needs to be highly flexibleon travel and working from different offices as per businessneeds.

    Responsibilities

    Manage andmaintain strong relationships and interactions with internal andexternal stakeholders/vendors to ensure meeting stakeholdersexpectations and increase theirsatisfaction.

    Drive andimplement digital & technology strategies policies andprocesses that help employees and businesses to deliver businessgoals and achieve high levels of performance.

    Work as aninternal digital & technology consultant and provideeffective solutions and recommendations to matters relating todigital &technology.

    Ensure that as aCompany has sustained bench strength of digital &technology and the business has proper transformation plans inplace.

    Provideefficient and effective digital & technology services tothe business by coordinating with Expertise Team (Applications/Infrastructure & Operations) to deliver quality and timelysolutions.

    Ensurepartnering with Business Managers to improve the operatingefficiency of different parts of the Function by suggestingimplementing and monitoring people and organization capabilityimprovementstrategies.

    Formulatedigital & technology project plans scope and objectives incollaboration with Corporate PMO & relevant stakeholderswhich includes and is not limited to; project plans business casesfinancial feasibility resources planning and communication planswhile ensuring projects delivery and completion within time scopeandbudget.

    Track digital& technology project s progress against plan and ensurerisks challenges and issues are identified escalated to CorporatePMO and resolved to ensure smooth and successful delivery ofprojects.

    Measure digital& technology project performance using appropriate systemstools and techniques and identify performance gaps and thus ensurecorrective actions are communicated and applied in order to improveprojects performance andefficiency.

    Create andmaintain comprehensive digital & technology projectdocumentation ensuring approved actions are documented and kept forfurther reference whenrequired.

    Ensure properand clear digital & technology project handover anddelivery to related teams to ensure successful daytoday operationswhile ensuring providing support and advice to related teams whenneeded.

    Leadership

    Provide guidancein executing digital & technology operational plans byensuring buyin from Business and highquality ofoutput.

    Serve as a rolemodel to ensure employees awareness and commitment to NADEC svision mission values and strategy to maintain a highly engaged andmotivated team and continuously improveperformance.

    Budgeting

    Developsubmit and upon approval implement the business digital& technology budget monitoring its accurateexecution identifying costsaving opportunities and proposingcorrective actions in case of deviations in order to ensurecompliance with presettargets.

    PoliciesSystems Processes &Procedures

    ImplementsPolicies and Procedures of digital & technology into thebusiness Clarifies and suggests improvements of policies andprocesses.

    ChangeManagement

    Contributeto the identification of opportunities for continuous improvementof systems processes and practices considering global bestpractices.



    Requirements

    • Bachelors Degree in IT or any relatedfield
    • MBAor master s degreepreferred.
    • Certificationsin Leadership Courses digital & technology analytics aredesirable.
    • PMPCertificate ispreferred
    • 712years experience in transformation project management or anyrelatedfields.

    Bachelor s Degree in IT or any related field MBA or master s degreepreferred. Certifications in Leadership Courses, digital &technology analytics are desirable.
