- Develop and implement commercial strategies according to company goals and objectives aiming to accelerate growth

- Proven experience as commercial director or other relevant role
- Proven experience in sales and/or marketing and managing relationships with key clients
- In-depth understanding of market research methods and analysis
- Solid knowledge of performance reporting and financial/budgeting processes
- Commercial awareness partnered with a strategic mindset
- Excellent organizational and leadership skills
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities
- BSc/BA in business administration, finance or relevant field; MSc/MA is a plus
- Experience working with government agencies and IGOs, and humanitarian organizations;
- Firsthand experience of working in extreme high risk / conflict / post conflict environments;
- Experience in leading high performing teams;
- Proven track record in managing government contracting and business development processes;
- Having well established government agency networks, and knowhow in running robust compliant bid processes;
- Exposure to working in a cross-border engagement sales environment including previous working experience selling into complex emerging markets;
- Excellent BD team and sales process management experience;
- Good understanding and knowledge of Salesforce;
