    The role

    We are looking for a TalentAcquisition Specialist to join our MENA talent acquisition team ina newly created position based in our Riyadh office. The rolereports to our Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist based in Dubaiwith a dotted line to the Head of Global Talent Acquisition basedin London.

    In accordance with Saudi Labor lawthis position requires the candidate to be a Saudi National.

    The TA Specialist will play an instrumental roleas a strategic recruiting partner mapping and sourcing candidatesand managing the full lifecycle recruitment process for positionsin Saudi Arabia but also across our MENA offices as required.

    The ideal candidate for this position will beArabicspeaking and have a strong knowledge of the Saudi Arabiamarket and have strong research skills coupled with the ability toprovide a bestinclass candidate experience.

    Thisrole requires the ability to quickly become an expert in thecommunications and advisory space so that you can build pipelinesof talent in our key hiring verticals provide intelligence to thebusiness and help us to meet not only immediate hiring needs butemerging ones too.

    Responsibilities:

    • Manages full life cyclerecruiting: maps and sources candidates conducts phone screeninterviews maintains relationships with candidates throughout theinterview process makes recommendations on hiring decisions draftsemployment agreements checks candidate references gathers requireddocuments (visas education information) and negotiates and preparesoffers.
    • Partners with business leaders andMENA/Global Talent Acquisition team to understand short andlongterm needs across the business to identify passive and activecandidates and over time build strong candidate pipelines.
    • Maps identifies and builds pipelines ofshortterm/parttime and fulltime talent across key hiring verticals.
    • Expands and leverages external networks;builds relationships with professional groups and educationalinstitutions and promotes APCO employer brand.
    • Ensures a positive candidate experience byconducting hiring manager interview training and maintainingregular contact with candidates throughout their interview process.
    • Supports on employer branding activity for theregion and contributes to global employer brand initiatives.
    • Partners with Finance Resourcing and HR teamto forecast quarterly and annual hiring needs by office.
    • Is a member of the global TA function at APCOand coordinates and collaborates with recruiters in other regionsto optimize sourcing networks and enhance candidate engagement.
    • Partners with other team members to identifyprocess improvement opportunities.
    • Stayscurrent and proactive in identifying latest best practices anddevelopments in talent acquisition including appropriate technologyand social media tools.

    Qualifications:

    • At least three yearsexperience in recruiting roles in MENA. Experience in recruiting inSaudi Arabia is a plus.
    • Prior experience in aprofessional services or agency environment is preferred.
    • Strong project management experience. Able tomap and pipeline talent effectively.
    • Demonstrated ability to deploy effective toolsand practices to successful talent sourcing and acquisition.
    • Proven track record of delivering strongcandidates for critical projects/roles.
    • Goodunderstanding of behavioral and case interviewing techniques.
    • Strong written and presentation skills and theability to communicate effectively at all levels and acrosscultures.
    • Collaborative team player who alsohas the ability to work independently take initiative and setpriorities.
    • Ability to work in a fastpacedenvironment under tight deadlines.
    • Demonstrated ability to recruit talent thinkanalytically and develop creative solutions especially fordifficult candidate searches.
    • Bachelors degreefrom an accredited college or university orequivalent
