    **PositionOverview**: *Responsibilities**: Identify and target potentialcustomers through various channels including referrals leads andcold calling. Engage with customers to understand their financialneeds and provide suitable banking solutions including credit cardsmortgage loans personal finance options auto lease plans andinsurance products etc. Actively promote and sell banking productsexplaining features benefits and terms to customers. Generate leadsand convert them into sales by delivering persuasive sales pitchesand overcoming objections. Develop and maintain a strong knowledgeof the banks products and services as well as industry trends andcompetitor offerings. Conduct thorough customer needs assessmentsto offer personalized recommendations and optimize crosssellingopportunities. Build and maintain strong relationships withcustomers to enhance customer loyalty and increase referralbusiness. Achieve individual sales targets and ... contribute to the overall sales goals ofthe organization. Ensure compliance with all banking regulationsand internal policies throughout the sales process. Keep accurateand uptodate records of customer interactions sales activities andpipeline management. Collaborate with other teams such as customerservice and product development to provide feedback and improve thecustomer experience. Continuously update knowledge of bankingindustry trends products and competitive landscape to effectivelyposition and differentiate our offerings. *Qualifications andSkills**: Minimum of 1 year of direct sales experience in thebanking and financial services industry. Proven track record ofmeeting or exceeding sales targets in a similar role. Strongknowledge of banking products including credit cards mortgage loanspersonal finance solutions auto lease plans and insurance products.Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the abilityto engage and build rapport with customers. Demonstrated ability tounderstand customer needs and provide appropriate solutions.Selfmotivated and driven to achieve individual and team salestargets. Knowledge of banking regulations and compliancerequirements. Ability to work independently as well ascollaboratively in a team environment.     What theydo expect from you:

    • From 5 to 10years of experience in Customer Service Management.
    • Familiarity with customer service software CRMs and otherrelevant tools to optimize team efficiency.
    • Excellent clientfacing and internal communicationskills.
    • Solid organizational skills includingattention to detail and multitasking skills.
    • Must be a natural and intuitive problem solver able toanticipate and take corrective action selfmotivated.
    • Proficient in using data to analyze customer serviceperformance identify trends and implement improvements.
