    JobDescription:

    AlYamama is seeking a motivated anddetailoriented Client Support Representative to join our team on aparttime basis working remotely from Jeddah Saudi Arabia. Thisentrylevel position requires at least one year of experience in acustomer service or support role. The ideal candidate will bedriven and resilient able to handle challenging situations withtact and professionalism.

    Responsibilities:

    1. Respondto client inquiries via phone email or chat in a timely andprofessional manner.
    2. Assist clients withproduct information troubleshooting and issueresolution.
    3. Collaborate with internal teams toescalate and resolve complex client issues.
    4. Maintain accurate records of client interactions andtransactions.
    5. Identify opportunities to upsellor crosssell additional products or services.
    6. Provide feedback to improve our products and servicesbased on client interactions.
    7. Meet or exceedperformance metrics related to client satisfaction and issueresolution.

    Requirements:

    1. 1 year of experience in a customer service orsupport role.
    2. Excellent communication skillsboth written and verbal.
    3. Strong problemsolvingskills and attention to detail.
    4. Ability towork independently and prioritize tasks effectively.
    5. Cooperation and negotiation skills.
    6. Driven and resilient personality traits.
