- Oversee all aspects of the Medical Disaster and Emergency Medical Services Division, including planning, organizing, directing, and controlling the services.
- Develop and implement strategic plans to improve the effectiveness of the division's services and response during crises and emergencies.
- Establish and enforce policies and protocols that ensure the highest levels of patient care and safety.
- Build and maintain professional relationships with all relevant internal and external stakeholders, agencies, and organizations.
- Provide medical direction in the field during emergency situations, if required.
- Carry the Medical Director responsibilities for the EMS clinical protocols.
- Carry out any other duties as may be agreed upon with the Director of Health Provision.
- Medical degree from an accredited institution.
- Successfully completed recognized residency training in Emergency Medicine.
- Fellowship in Disaster Medicine and EMS (Emergency Medical Servies).
- Must have a valid medical license from the Saudi Commission for Health Specialties (SCFHS).
- Minimum 5 years of progressive leadership and management experience in Medical Disaster and Emergency Services.
- Exceptional leadership and organizational abilities.
- Demonstrated ability in strategic planning and implementation.
- Proficiency in managing and leading a skilled multidisciplinary medical team.
- Strong interpersonal skills, with an ability to communicate effectively at all levels.
- Proven experience in emergency crisis management and disaster response strategies.
- Comprehensive understanding of relevant national medical regulations and laws.
- Ability to work under pressure and make decisions in challenging situations.
- Proficiency in risk management and quality assurance control.
- High regard for ethics, patient safety, and satisfaction.

We are seeking a highly dedicated, resourceful, and skilled individual to fill the role of senior manager of the Medical Disaster and Emergency Medical Services Division. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the strategic development and implementation of medical disaster and emergency medical services, ensuring the delivery of highest standards of care during disasters and emergencies. As a part of this vital role, you will continually assess and improve the quality of services offered in alignment with international best practices, as well as manage a team of skilled medical professionals and experts within the division.
