    Responsibilities

    • Managing the sales process through strongrelationships, opportunity qualification, business analysis,negotiations and closures.
    • Identification andgeneration of opportunities with strong business developmentacumen.
    • Acquisition of new clients and managinga client portfolio with the responsibility to grow numbers year onyear.
    • Creating and maintaining up-to-dateAccount Plans with clear articulation of current status, target andprogress.
    • Managing pipeline to drive salesrevenues and exceed targetedgoals.
    • Consistently achieving defined quotas bybringing value for new customers and offering more solutions toexisting customers.
    • Working closely with theleadership team to align salesefforts.
    • Leveraging extended resources througheffective collaboration.
    • Developing andmaintaining an understanding of the territory, marketplace andcompetitive offerings.
    • Using effective time andterritory management skills to maximiseresults.
    • Preparing and delivering timely andaccurate pipeline and sales forecasts.
    • Sharingknowledge and be an active team player whilst demonstratingownership of your goals and objectives
    • Keepingabreast of industry trends, competition, and newopportunities.
    • Updating and maintaining theSalesforce CRM with leads and other data for timely reporting.
    • Resolving any issues and problems faced bycustomers to maintain trust and establish credibility with internaland external stakeholders.
    • Preparing regularreports of progress and forecasts to internal and externalstakeholders.


    Requirement

    • You have at least 5+ years of experience in aB2B managed services, staff augmentation and SaaS salesenvironment.
    • Profound knowledge of the ANZ IT(Sydney and Melbourne) market.
    • A proven recordof sales & business development experience whilst managing endto end sales lifecycle.
    • For your customers,you are always willing to go the extramile.
    • You have a proven history of achievingsales success.
    • Social Media skills would be anadded advantage.
    • You are self-motivated, haveinitiative and enjoy being part of a greatteam.
    • Experience with a CRM tool such asSalesforce or similar CRM.
    • Ability tounderstand and communicate the customer s business transformationneeds.
    • Be a team player by contributing,learning and sharing new knowledge andideas.
    • Ability to work in a fast-pacedenvironment.
