    TheCollection Specialist plays a crucial role in blending inofficefinancial duties with direct customer engagement in the field. Thisposition is designed to manage overdue accounts through effectivenegotiation and account management strategies facilitate debtresolution and maintain exceptional levels of customer service allwhile ensuring compliance with legalstandards.

    Jobdescription
    • Engagedirectly with customers through onsite visits phone and email tomanage overdue accounts utilizing Zoho CRM and Books forcomprehensive account management and invoicing.
    • Utilizenegotiation skills to recover debts effectively and arrangesuitable payment plans ensuring compliance with regulatorystandards and company policies.
    • Maintainprecise records of financial transactions customer communicationsand collection activities to ensure accuracy and compliance withinternal and legal standards.
    • Generatedetailed reports on collection efforts and outcomes analyzingaccount status and trends to inform and optimize future collectionstrategies.
    • Adhereto legal guidelines and company policies throughout the collectionprocess upholding a high standard of ethics and professionalism.
    • Providesuperior customer service resolving inquiries and disputes withprofessionalism and courtesy aiming to maintain customersatisfaction and loyalty.
    • Collaboratewith finance sales and customer service departments to aligncollection activities with overall business objectives sharinginsights to support companywide goals.
    • Efficientlymanage and prioritize field visits utilizing technology and toolsfor mobile communication and onthespot payment collection.

    Toexcel in this position you will needto:

    CertificationRequirements
    • Bachelorsdegree in accounting or related field preferred; high schooldiploma or equivalent required.

    TechnicalSkills
    • 4years of experience in field collections account management or arelated role preferably in the IT sector.
    • Strongknowledge of CRM/ERP systems especially Zoho CRM and Zoho Books.
    • Exceptionalnegotiation communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability tomanage multiple tasks and efficiently schedule field visits.
    • Proficiencyin Microsoft Office suite.

    Candidate Experience To excel in this position, you will need to:Certification Requirements Bachelor s degree in businessadministration or equivalent. Technical Skills 2+ years ofexperience in supply chain / logistics / order fulfillment.Experience in IT industry, software and service delivery is plus.Previous experience in CRM/ERP systems, ex. Zoho CRM, Zoho Books.Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook. Personal SkillsHigh sense of responsibility and ownership, acting like owner inwhat you do. Exceptional communication and presentation skillsBeing able to work on their own or in a team Being able to work totight deadlines Ability to maintain composure during stressfulsituation Handling many tasks & responsibilities Fluent inArabic and English. Working Conditions Working on Weekends,Holidays or outside the business hours could berequired.
