    Key AccountManager

    Reportingto theMTM,KAM will leadAmbers salesefforts across Major ChainStores.You will overseethe team toimplement Amberoff premise goals at over60outlets. Yourmain responsibilities will include: developing directreports; managingaccount budgets and indicators while developing productive businessrelationships; and building joint business plans with seniorleadership acrossretailers.

    StrategicPlanning

    Challenge topimportant accounts to outpace growth; call on major small formatretailers to useAmbers assets andpromote difference fromcompetitors

    Influence retailaccounts to follow recommended promotional schedules and associatedpricing

    Construct annualCustomer Marketing Agreements, manage associated funds foraccounts, evaluate Trade Investments and ensure account decisionmakers are "wired" withAmberpersonnel

    Partner withdistribution network to maximize in-store presence and consumerimpact

    Manage tradeinvestment budgets and evaluate value to inform futurespend

    Allocateresources where the investment has the highest payback withimportantcustomers

    Promotepost-promotion analysis following all programs to evaluatepromotional effectiveness and in-storeexecution

    Forecast volumeand spend with consideration of prior yearperformance

    Leadyourteam

    Lead all directreports consistent withAmbersstandard

    Guide accountmanagers to develop programs and essential retailrelationships

    Coach andmotivate direct reports for increased productivity through time infield, office, and meetings to implementAmberstrategy

    Develop businessrelationships with senior management across retailpartners

    Ensure allaccounts decision makers carry a long-term focus on the energysegment with supportingtactics

    Requirements

    3years+ Sales and Key Accountexperience

    Leadershipcapabilities to Mentor yourteam

    In-depthknowledge of Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) and Direct StoreDelivery (DSD) industry

    Experience usingall data sources (i.e. SalesData)

    Goodplanning, financial management, sales, and negotiationskills

    Minimum HND/B.Scdegree

    Proficiency inEnglish language (Additional regional language is anadvantage)
