- Responsible for data/input consolidation and coordination required to update the interface register and risk register.
- Assist the Project Interface Manager with day-to-day coordination within the project team and customer in tracking the progress/status of internal and external interfaces and updating them in the interface register / action tracker.
- Facilitate the interface coordination and review meetings as required by the project interface manager.
- Coordinate with the sub-project managers and the task force team in updating the risk register on the monthly basis, and prepare the required monthly reports for risk manager and project director's review.
- Review, update and create the revision-controlled interface register and the risk register for the checking and approval for Project Interface and Risk Manager
- Assist the Project Interface & Risk Manager and the Project Director for the coordination and updates on the emerging risks and the status update/escalation on the mitigation plans for the identified risks.
- Coordinate with Project Controls-Integration lead and the cost risk manager of the project for regular recurring meetings across the project team
- Prepare and update the dash boards associated to the project interfaces and the risks for the monthly review meetings with the core project leadership team.
- Assist project interface and risk manager by coordinating with the project managers on emerging interfaces and risks and associated tasks as advised.
- Graduate Engineering Degree
- Minimum five years of experience in project management.
- Self-motivated, result oriented, pro-active individual who can work independently as individual contributor and also influence team members and customers at tactical level.
- Excellent organizational skills.
- Problem-solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Adaptability to the situation and anticipate the problems/issues proactively for early resolution.
- Ability to clearly establish and articulate objectives and expectations.
- Hands on experience in interface and risk management procedures or plans and business tools.
- Site construction experience is required.
- Complete project life cycle experience is an added advantage.
- Familiarity with contract language and sub-contract administration.

Job Description and QualificationsJob DescriptionPOSITION SUMMARY
This project is part of the most complex capital project and a flagship project for Air Products. It will be the first industrial scale giga sized project providing a green energy carrier around the world to contribute to the decarbonization of the industry. Air Products will engage in several Sub-Contracts to execute the works, where most of the sub-contractors has large execution scope and yet they have critical interfaces at their scope boundary with other sub-contractors.
The project has a complex and challenging set up for interface management and risk management. The incumbent in this position is therefore accountable for the day-to-day operations and administration of the interface register and risk register at NEOM Green Hydrogen Elements Site.
Incumbent therefore required to have a rich experience in site project management, interface management, risk management, change management, external stakeholder management and conflict resolution.
The incumbent should possess excellent communication skills with self-motivation, focus on safety, delivering results with inclusion. The project is executed utilizing global capabilities, necessitating a robust cross-cultural competency.
