    Your Mission at Sweater :

    Key Responsibilities :

    • Quality Management: Design and implement comprehensive Total Quality Management strategies to ensure consistent and top-tier service delivery.
    • Data-Driven Decisions: Regularly analyze customer feedback and service metrics to understand user behaviors and trends. Utilize data-driven insights to propose actionable solutions and enhancements.
    • Feedback Loop: Actively collaborate with product and marketing teams to gather and implement customer feedback , driving Sweater's mission to provide unparalleled experiences.
    • Conflict Resolution: Handle escalated customer complaints with care and empathy , offering resolutions that resonate with Sweater's brand values.
    • Team Training: Equip team members with the tools, methods, and systems they need to maintain and elevate service quality .

    Requirements

    • Experience: 2+ years in quality service or customer experience roles, preferably in a SaaS or tech startup environment.
    • Skills: Proficiency in data analytics tools, including Exce. A heart full of empathy , and robust problem-solving capabilities .
    • Languages: Fluent in both Arabic and English .
