    As a Senior IT Infrastructure Engineer at flyadeal, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and managing the processes, technologies, and services within the IT Infrastructure domain. Your responsibilities will encompass strategic planning, technical design, implementation, and continuous improvement of our IT Infrastructure.

    Key Responsibilities:

    Strategic Alignment:

    • Contribute to the design and implementation of the IT Infrastructure roadmap, ensuring alignment with the overall IT strategy.
    • Translate functional requirements into detailed technical designs and RFP development.

    Operational Excellence:

    • Define development and operation cycles within the IT Infrastructure, ensuring efficiency and reliability.
    • Develop and manage Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) documents for all IT services and products.
    • Conduct thorough testing, incorporating changes based on results, and develop comprehensive training documentation for end-users.

    Infrastructure Development and Maintenance:

    • Build and implement proactive monitoring tools and frameworks to ensure scalability, resiliency, reliability, security, and quality of the IT Infrastructure.
    • Design, create, and maintain comprehensive documentation of best practices for all implemented system configurations.

    Collaboration and Communication:

    • Collaborate with deployment and operational teams, bridging the gap to ensure smooth transitions.
    • Work closely with relevant stakeholders, advising on IT infrastructure requirements during procurement and bidding processes.

    Business Continuity and Security:

    • Implement and maintain business continuity plans (BCP), IT resiliency, and disaster recovery (DR) plans.
    • Develop and implement secure and resilient cloud strategies in alignment with enterprise architecture.
    • Investigate and propose initiatives to positively impact operations and mitigate financial and operational risks.

    Requirements Analysis:

    • Evaluate and determine the adequacy of IT infrastructure architectures and designs.
    • Provide expertise in architecting the next generation of organizational IT Infrastructure.
    • Reporting and Relationship Management:
    • Develop regular reports on IT Infrastructure progress and outputs for relevant stakeholders.
    • Maintain strong working relationships with different business functions and decision-makers.

    Vendor Management:

    • Proactively engage with third-party suppliers, fostering strong business relationships.

    Qualifications and Requirements:

    • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent.
    • Relevant certifications: CCIE Routing and Switching, CCDP, CCNP, ITIL, NSE 4.
    • 4+ years of combined experience in network and systems analysis, administration, and deploying IT infrastructure solutions.
    • Comprehensive knowledge of network, voice, wireless, systems, and cloud components.
    • Experience with hybrid IT infrastructure and virtual converged infrastructure.
    • In-depth understanding of risk assessment, mitigation, and management methods.
    • Proficiency in multi-vendor IT environments, including Cisco, Fortinet, Microsoft, and others.
    • Strong communication, negotiation, and risk identification and management skills.
    • Ability to read and interpret technical diagrams, specifications, drawings, blueprints, and schematics.
