    The opportunity

    Project: This is a portfolio of multiple entertainment venues within the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Mace is providing the portfolio management, working collaboratively with the client from concept design to detailed design, to establish a robust foundation to progress into the later delivery stages.

    Mace is one of the delivery partners requiring high-calibre and experienced professionals to lead integrated teams throughout each phase of the project.

    The role includes the coordination and leading of the LDC supervision teams and general contractors. Experience in the Middle East would be preferred.

    Your responsibilities will include:

    • Managing and leading the construction of the contractor and consultants, presenting guidance as to peak productive construction methodologies and techniques demonstrating excellent awareness of the most professional health and safety standards.
    • Managing and being accountable for your delivery team, as well as coordinating with other Mace and stakeholder managers on the project undertaking adjacent works.
    • Providing on-site leadership for the project team, and the contractors and consultant teams by establishing responsibilities and project milestones.
    • Developing a high-performing team that strives for quality, safety, cost, and programme improvements at every opportunity with all delivery partners.
    • Managing a complex network of stakeholders, both within the infrastructure Team, and the adjacent precincts.

    • Setting the standards, through and alongside the consultants, all aspects of HSQE.
    • Providing status reporting regarding project milestones, deliverables, dependencies, risks, and issues and communicating it across the leadership team.
    • Managing project scope and changes.
    • Driving delivery on site with a particular focus on the complex structural steel elements.
    • Solving problems, managing temporary works, logistics and site-wide coordination.
