- Drive sales at key accounts at Saudi MOH in the Easternregion. While this role is highly strategic the individual willtake personal ownership of driving Cepheid revenue and share gainin large and midsized hospitals and labs across Saudi MOH in theEastern Region.
- Develop strategic plans foreach key account including mapping out key stakeholders and howCepheid can secure funding for our technology
- Work hand in hand with Territory Managers and Clinicalsolutions team on increasing our sales funnel and driving revenuegrowth through new customer acquisition expanding menu and existingassay utilization.
- Develop relationships withKOLs at key accounts in MOH where you are seen as not just sellinga product but a valuable part of their patient solutionsteam.
- Build up external and internal networksin order to bring Cepheid closer to key stakeholders within theSaudi MOH in the Eastern Region.
- Negotiatecomplex deals that meet customer needs while ensuring Cepheidprofitability targets are achieved.
- Developand implement comprehensive account strategies to align with MOHshealthcare objectives and our organizations goals
- Continuously follow new market and policy developments inthe healthcare sector working closely with the Clinical solutionsteam and other functions in Cepheid
- Maintaining and overseeing Cepheid shipments anddeliveries to MOH hospitals in the Eastern Region
- Bachelors degree in a relevant field (Medical Sciences).Advanced degrees or certifications are a plus
- 4 years of sales experience with a proven track record oftoptier performance including key accounts management with clearexamples of winning deals and driving menu expansion at keyaccounts at MOH or (large multisite institutions andclusters).
- Proven experience in key accountmanagement preferably in the healthcare sector.
- Strong knowledge of the Saudi healthcare system includingan understanding of MOH processes and regulations
- An entrepreneurial mindset with a strong business acumen.Skills demonstrated through the ability to work highly autonomouslyin developing strategy executing countermeasuring and establishingrelationships with senior healthcare professionals throughout theGerman market.
- Comprehensive knowledge andperspective of the Saudi market particularly in MOH hospitals andlaboratories.
- Strong customer orientation andthe ability to translate different customer or stakeholder needsinto solutions that result in a win: win scenario
- Experienced in managing stakeholders throughout the Saudihealthcare hierarchy. This includes but is not limited to labMedical technologists lab managers clinicians hospitaladministration
- Proven track record of learningagility demonstrated through taking on novel assignments anddelivering lasting results
- Operates withtransparency and humility.
- A strong teamplayer who operates smoothly in a matrix organization with numerousstakeholders
- Acts as a role model for highethical standards and code of conduct.
- Up to 50% travel inthe Central region of Saudi with occasional internationaltravel
- Native (or equivalent level) knowledgeof Arabic good command of English
