    Therapidly expanding team includes more than 700 highlyskilled techand nontechnical experts: front and backend developers BAspecialists and managers who create localize and customizeapplications at 8 offices: in Kyiv Zhytomyr Vinnytsia Ternopil(Ukraine) Tallinn (Estonia) New Delhi (India) and Bridgewater (NJUSA).
    Role description:
    We are lookingfor an ambitious and experienced Business Development Executive tohelp us generate new opportunities expand our clientele create andapply an effective sales strategy. The goal is to drive sustainablefinancial growth by boosting sales and forging strong relationshipswith clients.

    Responsibilities:

    • Familiarize yourself with all products and services offered by ourcompany.
    • Search for new sales opportunitiesand channels to attract new customers.
    • Buildtrustful relations with the target audience.
    • Develop your personal branding on Linkedin
    • Generate demand by working with your social networks andproactively reaching out to potentialcustomers.
    • Proactively cooperate with themarketing department in all demand and lead generationactivities.
    • Following up with potentialcustomers who expressed interest but did not purchase ourproducts.
    • Lead negotiation process pitchproposals and close the deals with potential and existingclients.
    • Hold Demo sessions for potentialclients.
    • Conduct an engagement cycle from thefirst contact to the contract signing.
    • Orchestrate any precontract and contractsignings.
    • Engage a Customer Success Manager(CSM) in communications with potential clients in the late stagesof the sale cycle.
    • Ensure a smooth transitionto a CSM after closing the deal.
    • Support a CSMon the stage of onboarding the customer.
    • Be aconsultant for a client in all related businessmatters.

    Requirements:

    • 2 years of experience in sales
    • Englishlanguage proficiency is a must
    • Knowledge andunderstanding of business development sales account or productmanagement
    • Ability to learn and retain newinformation quickly
    • Ability to handlemultitasking productively
    • Advancedcommunication and presentation skills
    • Greatteam player: proactive optimistic organized flexible andhelpful

    Willbe considered a CompetitiveAdvantage:

    • Experience in B2B software sales
    • Knowledge offoreign languages other than English
    • Workingexperience with Jira & Confluence
    • Working with Office 365 product
    • Experience inmarketing
    • PharmaBackground
    • Working knowledge of CRMprograms.
