    A leading company providing Freightforwarding and Logistics solutions are looking for a dynamic andexperienced Business Development Manager to join their team anddrive growth in Saudi Arabia.

    • Minimum36 months experience with freight forwarding and logisticsactivities
    • Superior communication negotiationand presentation abilities.
    • Ability to workautonomously and contributesynergistically.
    • Ambition to surpass salestargets.
    • Sales experience with success in thecoldcalling environment.
    • Outstandingorganizational skills excellent time management skills ability tomultitask.
    • Ability toeffectively train others preferably with experience in doingso.
    • Ability to make quick smart businessdecisions.
    • Ability to work in a fastpacedenvironment with rapidly changingpriorities.
    • Bachelordegree preferred.
    • Previousmanagement/supervisory experiencepreferred.
    • Perform thorough market research touncover potential clients and market trends while analyzingcompetitors and industry advancements to maintain a competitiveedge.
    • Establish a strong customerbase
    • Expand market presence and drive revenuegrowth
    • Identify Business opportunities andbuild strong customer relationship
    • Engage withpotential clients to comprehend their requirements and presentcustomized solutions.
    • Establish and manage arobust lead pipeline to meet salesobjectives.
    • Foster and sustain strongrelationships with key clients partners and stakeholders serving asthe main point of contact for client inquiries andissues.
    • Craft and deliver compellingpresentations and proposals to potentialclients.
    • Negotiate contracts terms and pricingarrangements to secure new businessopportunities.
    • Facilitate timely closure ofsales contracts and agreements.
    • Identifypossibilities for geographic and serviceexpansion.
    • Develop and implement strategies toenter new markets and sectors.
    • Provide regularupdates and reports on sales activities andachievements.
    • Predict revenue monitorperformance against targets and adapt strategies asrequired.
    • Ensure compliance of all contractsand agreements with company policies and industryregulations.
    • Maintain accurate records of allsalesrelated undertakings.
