    • Responsible to reach project salestargets in the reference area.
    • Will workclosely to our customer to inflate our culture and to help him tomaximize the sales opportunities.
    • Responsibleto identify key designers and developers of the area working in theluxury real estate and to build long-termcollaborations.
    • Responsible to define customerplans with our partner, based on annual and 3-years growth targetsthat take into account the value chain (from sell-in to sell-outprice).
    • Responsible for carefully prepareupdates on the performances of the reference area for each periodicreview with the zone director.
    • Businessintelligence on the market on products, players, pricing andR&D.
    • Dealing with back-office team ofthe HQ in order to provide the client with the best service interms of quality and timing.
