    Position Overview

    We are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced City Manager to join our dynamic team. This role is pivotal in steering the performance of our operations in Jeddah. The City Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our city performance, including team leadership, operational management, and business development. This role is suited for a visionary leader who excels in creating opportunities and driving operational excellence.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Lead and manage CRC's operations in Jeddah, ensuring efficient and effective performance.
    • Build, mentor, and supervise a high-performing team to meet and exceed operational goals.
    • Identify and capitalize on business opportunities within the city to drive growth.
    • Ensure compliance with all local regulations and company policies.
    • Collaborate with national leadership to align city operations with overall company strategy.
    • Develop and implement innovative strategies to improve operational efficiency.
    • Manage forecasts, and reports to provide insights and updates on city performance to the corporate office.

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, or a related field.
    • Extensive experience in operational management, preferably in the logistics or transportation industry.
    • Demonstrated leadership skills with a track record of managing and motivating teams.
    • Excellent communication, and interpersonal skills.
    • Proficient in data analysis and performance metrics.
    • Adaptable to changing environments and capable of making decisions under pressure.
    • Local knowledge and network in Jeddah is a plus.
