    • Monitor large computernetworks and servers for problems from a central location. Theyanalyze problems perform troubleshooting and incident response onthe system communicate with site technicians and track problemsthrough to resolution.
    • Create and maintaininfrastructure necessary for the growth and upkeep of field andnetwork operations to drive network efficiency andavailability.
    • Ensure necessary coordination oncertification field level testing. Coordinate with the technicalteams for new enhancements issue resolution.
    • Set up configurations number of fibre pairs in the cablecapacity landing stations. Manage the complete capacitydistribution and traffic activation on the cable system.
    • Track and monitor the environment performance to ensureminimal interruption to network transmission and/or networkswitches.

    • Demonstration ofproblemsolving skills
    • Prior experience inproviding technical support in fastpaced high availability 24X7environments.
    • Knowledge of network operationsystems

    KeyResponsibilities

    • Maintainingadministering upgrading and troubleshooting network tools andequipment
    • Assisting with and implementinginstallations as required for new and existing customer andinternal projects inclusive of terminations testing and labeling ofmost common transmission mediums hardware installationsetc.
    • Ensure SLA are achieved and workproactively to maintain the same.
    • Conductvulnerability assessments for networks Servers applications andoperating systems
    • Conduct network securityaudits and scanning on a predetermined basis.
    • Compile and track vulnerabilities over time for metricspurposes.
    • Timely upgradation of all the toolsused and their related documents like SOPs etc.
