    Asa Sales Development Specialist you will be responsible for thegenerating leads and building relationships by nurturing warmprospects and finding new potential clients to set our salesclosers up for success. SDS will lead all opportunities to boosttopline revenue growth customer acquisition levels andprofitability.

    JobResponsibilities:
    • Identifiesbusiness opportunities by identifying prospects and evaluatingtheir position in the industry researching and analyzing salesoptions.
    • Sellsproducts by establishing contact and developing relationships withprospects recommendingsolutions.
    • Maintainsrelationships with clients by providing support information andguidance; researching and recommending new opportunities;recommending profit and serviceimprovements.
    • Maintainsprofessional and technical knowledge through workshops onlinecourses etc. to remain current on product updates industry trendsmarket activities andcompetitors.
    • MaintainingCRM regarding the leads accounts deals and contacts beinggenerated.
    • Manageaftersales services & followups withclients.
    • Conductingtraining workshops and guiding sessions forclients.
    • Maintainworking relationships with existing clients to ensure exceptionalservice and identification of potential new salesopportunities
    • Followand achieve set KPI s and devises plans and initiatives for clientspipeline.
    • Coordinatewith other sales team members to ensure company quotas andstandards are being met performing market research and regularcompetitormonitoring
    • Prepareprofessional complete concise and accurate reports proposalsbooking packages and other documentation as required for SeniorManagement.


    Requirements

    PreferredCertifications:
    Bachelors degree in Computer Science Sales Business Administration or anyrelatedfield.

    Leaves& Holidays Policy as per Saudi Labor laws some of whichbeing:
    AnnualLeave: 22 business days of paid Annual Leave per contractyear.
    Holidays:paid Holidays inclusive of Eid Al Fitr Eid Al Adha SaudiNational Day and Saudi FoundingDay.
    CompassionateLeave: Paid Compassionate Leave of seven 7 calendar daysin the event of death of employee s parent spouse orchild.
    Sick Leave:Properly documented sick leave with full pay for up to 30calendar days; and an additional 60 calendar days at 75% of salaryduring each year ofservice.

Persistenceand tenacity. Negotiation competency. Agility and responsiveness.Aptitude to work in a diverse environment. Capability ofefficiently managing workload, tasks, and priorities. Proficiencyin English and Arabic, including speaking, writing, and reading.Preferred Business Skillset Prospecting and sales pitching.Reporting and Documentation competency. Proficient in MicrosoftOffice, G-suite and Slack. Zoho CRM (or CRMs in general). Exposurein IT and Data Science Industries. Understanding of software salesmechanism and frameworks.
