    JASARA PMC, a leading program management company, is seeking a Secretary / PMIS System Admin -1 to join their team. As a Secretary / PMIS System Admin -1 at JASARA, you will play a key role in providing administrative support and overseeing the Project Management Information System (PMIS) for the organization. This position requires a highly organized individual with experience in both secretarial duties and working with PMIS systems. You will be responsible for managing documents, coordinating meetings, and ensuring the smooth operation of the PMIS system.

    Responsibilities

    • Provide administrative support to project teams, including document management, meeting coordination, and travel arrangements
    • Oversee the Project Management Information System (PMIS), ensuring data accuracy and system functionality
    • Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external clients to gather project information and update the PMIS system accordingly
    • Generate reports and maintain project documentation in the PMIS system
    • Train and support project teams in using the PMIS system effectively
    • Assist in the continuous improvement of PMIS processes and procedures

    Requirements

    • Previous experience as a Secretary or in an administrative role
    • Minimum of 7 years experience working with PMIS systems is required
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software
    • Strong organizational and time management skills
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
    • Ability to work independently and collaboratively
    • Attention to detail and strong problem-solving abilities
