    We are looking for an experiencedand enthusiastic Assistant OperationsManager to join our growing team atACCIONA Facility Services inSaudiArabia.

    Assistant OperationsManager is expected to manage assigned job area/task with fullresponsibility. Reporting to Operations Manager the Assistant OM isaccountable for the overall safe secure efficient and costeffectivemanagement of their team. You will be expected to effectively leada team to deliver superior results across all areas of theirresponsibility. You will use your management skills to develop aculture of trust and to cultivate the best by inspiring challengingand promoting our workforce. Leading by example you will promoteand ensure the Health & Safety of all our team members. Youwill ensure all quantitative and qualitative measures are metincluding those related toaccountability

    • KeyResponsibilities
      • Promote anoperating culture to create exceptional value to the customersthrough quality and efficient servicedelivery
      • Execute the required strategicinitiatives as required
      • Team Development:Define required skills and capabilities for the team. Ensure timelyexecution of all required training
      • Everydaycoaching to engage the team and develop ownership for sustainabletargets achievements
      • Promote and enhance apositive team management relationship including efforts tocontinuously improve teamwork and establish high levels of employeeinvolvement
      • Understand and achieve all requiredtargets for safety customer satisfaction and financial andoperating performance
      • Conduct regularbriefings
      • Make sure all required materials andtools are available on your site. Create procurement requisitionsif required
      • Customer: Ensure the clients valueproposition is clearly understood by the onsite team and that thelevel of customer satisfaction is validated in the customersKPIs
      • Continuous Improvement: Promote continuouslearning culture and provide onjob training asrequired
      • Perform specific assignments asdirected by OperationsManager
    • Requirements:
      • Theposition is open for nationals of all countries. Saudi Nationalsare encouraged to apply.
      • English is a mustArabic is highly preferred.
      • Preferably with adriving license.
      • Any of the listed will bepreferred: experience as an equipment operator waste managementspecialist autoclave operations extensive housekeeping experiencein facility management or hospitalityindustry.
      • High School Diploma required.Postsecondary education is preferred.
      • At least3 years of Supervisory/Operations Management role experience in anindustrialtype facility management service hospitality environmentis highly preferred.
      • Ability to manage a groupof multinational team members.
      • High level ofresponsibility and accountability fortasks.
