    Coordinating &Sending emails to request quizzes schedules from all ProgramHeads.

    Maintain any needed approvalsfor all requests directed by head ofprogram.

    Keep updated records of allprogram activities and update it on the system on dailybasis.

    Managing all programpurchasing requests and coordinate with purchasingDepartment.

    Receiving answered examsheets of quizzes final exams or resitexams.

    Cooperating in Control Roomduties according to the workload & distributedduties.

    Providing the model answerstudent s answer sheet in case of examaudit.

    Performing any otherjobrelated duties as directed by HOP/HOD.

    Maintaining security andintegrity at all practices.

    Receives & Direct allEmails and monitor the departmentcorrespondences.

    Handling and coordinationwith the training sites.

    Receive program students andtake their requests.

    Contact external entities fordifferent collaboration opportunities with theprogram.

    Communicate and coordinatewith different departments and units at thecollege.



    Requirements

    Education:

    Holder of bachelor s degreein Business/ Health Administration from a reputableUniversity.

    Certified training in thespecialization is an addedvalue.

    Skills:

    Experience handlingadministrative duties efficiently andeffectively

    Effective oral and writtencommunication skills

    Commitment to working withand encouraging diversity

    Effective interpersonalskills

    Effective organization andadministrative skills

    Excellent trouble shootingand problemsolvingabilities.

    Languages & ComputerKnowledge:

    Proficiency in both Englishand Arabic preferred.

    Knowledge of ERP Systems& Microsoft Office.



    Education: Holderof bachelor s degree in Business/ Health Administration from areputable University. Certified training in the specialization isan added value.
