    Responsibilities:

    • Evaluate and assess business needs related to the workforce forecast and ensure staffing levels are appropriate to meet Clients demands.
    • Analyze HR trends and metrics to develop appropriate talent management strategies.
    • Ensure diversity and Saudization among the company staff.
    • Ensure the accuracy of employee information in the HR system.
    • Collaborate with internal & external partners to achieve projects/clients related needs & company goals.
    • Collaborate with managers and employees to improve work relationships build morale and increase productivity and retention.
    • Consult with leaders to provide guidance and daytoday support (eg. coaching counseling career development disciplinary actions).
    • Ensure consistent interpretation guidance and application of HR policies and procedures.
    • Manages and resolves complex employee relations issues. Conducts effective thorough and objective investigations when needed.
    • Develop contract terms for external hires and internal promotions and transfers.
    • Maintains indepth knowledge of companys policies and legal requirements related to daytoday management of employees reducing legal risks and ensuring regulatory compliance. Partners with the legal department as needed/required.
    • Provides guidance and input on business unit restructuring workforce planning and succession planning.
    • Performs other related duties as assigned.

    Requirements:

    • Bachelors degree in Human Resources or similar relevant fields of study.
    • Basic HR Certifications (HRBP or SHRM CP).
    • 3 years in similar management position OR 7 years in related working fields.
    • Team Management skills.
    • Strong English communication skills
    • Demonstrated ability to work in a dynamic and demanding environment while remaining positive and focused.
    • A keen eye for detail and demonstrating a high sense of urgency in delivering high quality customer service.
