    Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support to multiple teams, including scheduling appointments, managing calendars, and organizing meetings.
  • Prepare and distribute internal communications, reports, and presentations.
  • Maintain accurate records, databases, and filing systems.
  • Assist with data entry and data management tasks.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements and accommodations for team members.
  • Monitor and order office supplies and equipment as needed.
  • Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth operations.
  • Requirements

  • Bachelor in Management, or equivalent. additional qualifications in office administration or related field will be a plus.
  • Has to be a resident in KSA
  • Proven experience in an administrative or coordination role.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
