    The Sales Manager will be responsible forleading and managing product sales developing and implementingsales strategies and driving revenue growth for the company. Thecandidate will be dealing with the sales of Uniforms. The idealcandidate should have a strong background in sales excellentleadership skills and a deep understanding of the trading industry.This role requires someone who is highly motivated resultsorientedand able to thrive in a fastpaced and competitiveenvironment.

    Responsibilities:

    1. Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve salestargets and increase market share
    2. Identify newbusiness opportunities and develop relationships with prospectiveclients
    3. Build and maintain strongrelationships with suppliers and clients
    4. Monitor market trends competitor activities and customerneeds to identify opportunities for product development andimprovement
    5. Prepare and present sales reportsand forecasts to senior management
    6. Stayupdated with industry developments and trends to provide strategicinsights and recommendations
    7. Provide trainingand support to the sales team to enhance their product knowledgeand sales skills
    8. Manage and resolve customercomplaints and issues in a timely and satisfactorymanner

    PreferredCandidate:

    1. Minimum of3 years of experience in sales preferably in the tradingindustry
    2. Previous experience in sellinguniforms is a plus
    3. Proven track record ofachieving sales targets and driving revenue growth
    4. Strong leadership and team management skills
    5. Excellent communication and negotiation skills
    6. Ability to build and maintain relationships with clientsand key stakeholders
    7. Strong analytical andproblemsolving skills
    8. Ability to work underpressure and meet tight deadlines
    9. Selfmotivated and resultsoriented
    10. Ability to adapt to changing market conditions andbusiness needs
    11. Proficient in Microsoft Officesuite
