    • Participateand plan company events.
    • Communicate and build a greatrelationship with different vendors for various suppliesneed
    • Monitor and handle facilitiesteam performance
    • Be in charge ofhandling maintenance and facilities issues with the buildingcontrol tower to insure it is properly maintained and facilityassets are appropriately provided andassigned.
    • Provide generaladministrative and facilitysupport.
    • Delivering administrativereports to the AdministrationManager
    • Meeting and greeting companyvisitors and walk-ins in an appropriate and professionalmanner
    • Welcoming and assisting newhires on their first day and directing them to their onboardingprocess and location
    • Maintaining andarranging requested meeting room bookings and making the neededarrangements


    Requirements

    • Bachelors degree in a relevant field
    • 1 3years of relevant administrationexperience
    • Excellent command of theEnglish language
    • Excellent computerskills
    • Microsoft Officeskills
    • Femalesonly
    • verypresentable
