    We are seeking ahighly motivated and customeroriented Call Center Agent to join ourteam in Riyadh Saudi Arabia. As a Call Center Agent you will beresponsible for handling customer inquiries resolving issues andproviding excellent customer service. The ideal candidate shouldhave exceptional communication skills strong problemsolvingabilities and a passion for delivering exceptional customerexperiences.

    Responsibilities:

    • Answer inbound calls and respond to customerinquiries in a professional and courteous manner
    • Provide accurate and timely information to customerswhile maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction
    • Resolve customer complaints and issues by investigatingproblems developing solutions and implementing appropriateactions
    • Follow up with customers on unresolvedissues to ensure customer satisfaction
    • Maintain detailed and accurate records of customerinteractions transactions comments and complaints
    • Collaborate with team members and... other departments to ensure prompt andeffective resolution of customer issues
    • Upsellproducts and services to customers when appropriate
    • Stay updated on product knowledge and company policies toprovide accurate information to customers
    • Adhere to call center scripts and guidelines to provideconsistent and highquality customer service
    • Meet or exceed call center performance metrics includingcustomer satisfaction productivity and quality targets

    Requirements:

    • Previous experience in a call center orcustomer service role is preferred
    • Excellentverbal and written communication skills in Arabic andEnglish
    • Strong problemsolving anddecisionmaking abilities
    • Ability to work in afastpaced and dynamic environment
    • Strongattention to detail and accuracy
    • Ability tomultitask and prioritize tasks effectively
    • Positive and professional attitude
    • Flexibility to work in shifts including evenings weekendsand holidays
    • Proficient in using call centersoftware and computer applications
    • Strongknowledge of customer service principles and practices
